I have a dark side that is as dark as that attic after hurricane Katrina wiped out civilization and the power. But I choose to show the brightness of life; something similar to that light bulb that flickered in Gods head when he created heaven and earth! Trapped on this tightrope called life will make the mind lean left and right so mastering your balance is the ultimate goal. This chess game between good and evil seems everlasting and no winner shall prevail. Questionable I must say, yet it seems true and so identifiable. In shorter terms, don't let the dark overshadow your inner light.

History (Daytona 500)
History of a race that never had a chance in the race to victory lane. Knowing your lane assignment was not a problem but staying in that lane would be the hardest thing to accomplish. Imagine playing outside in the yard with a sibling and suddendly a two-story bus appears. Five unfamiliar faces step off the bus and ask you to take a ride with them. In your mind you hear your mothers voice saying, "never talk to strangers!" You and your sibling turn to make a run for the house but are detoured by nets around the head. The unfamiliar faces grab you and place you on the bus. Pause! At this moment the race hasn't even begun but the race is beginning to take a massive hit. This bus is going to depart to an unknown destination and place the kids on an airplane. Disturbed, are we? History doesn't wait for anyone. The kids realize this first hand. It's been 10 years since that tragic race fell upon this race. Forced to race without shoes or adequate food nor water. Forced to live a lie while knowing the truth will someday set them free. A fight during the race has awaken the spirit of a mighty racer. There once was this racer that refused to take a pit stop after another racer because of rules and regulations. She continued to race so that the nation would have no choice but to open their eyes to this great race. A mighty racer appeared on the track and put the pedal to the metal. He changed the game, he lead this race for many laps. Once he crossed the finish line he held the checkered flag high and said, "I have a dream!" See this race had an unfamiliar race on the track but equally the track is divided. The lines were erased and in 2008, that mighty racers dream rained tears of joy.

Outside I think......
I'm just cooling outside and what do I see? I see a flock of birds sitting on the roof top across the way gathering their thoughts. It's as if they are assembling for the upcoming election to nominate the competitors. Next a owner and his dog walk by which catches the attention of another dog within his prison like confinement. Territorial and quick to jump at the chance to show who has the bigger bowling balls. The sky is marveling at its own physique and who am I to knock its hustle. Future hall of famers? Two young kids come out of the breeze way carrying two concealed weapons which resemble the shape of basketballs. A relief of hard work echoes with each bounce of the balls off of the pavement. Father-daughter relationship is being admired as the two pace back and forth, up and down the sidewalk. Suddenly a motorbike roars by erupting the silence into madness. Parallel parked vehicles shine in place of the missing sun and the wax is oh so shiny. Outside I think.......
